Instantly, the behaviour of the chickens seems to be changing as they begin to explore their new environment. The strange surroundings means the chickens are distracted, and as a result far less ‘bullying’, especially pecking of other chickens is occurring. The chickens, as expected, are extremely scruffy in appearance.
